PROJECT 2: (Master Putin!)

Really debating on this guy to be my next project. Description: Original character concept I painted in my Advance Illustration class. I named him Master Putin! He's a Werewolf-Hybrid Wizard that manipulated by his vessel to freezing an entire village.
